No positives. I had already ordered and paid, but when I arrived the owner refused to accept me because the rooms were full—how could they not be selective with members or guests?

The owner is helpful, the place is comfortable and affordable, and the AC, electricity and water all work properly. The shower head needs replacing, and there are no amenities or drinkable water.
