The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and lovely with its pool. The staff are super friendly and kind. We were especially satisfied with Hassan at reception, who advised us on activities and welcomed us warmly. Thank you again very much.

A great hotel just outside Rissani. The facilities are well organized, clean, and the staff are absolutely welcoming, kind, and attentive to every need. The Berber‑cuisine restaurant is highly recommended, and breakfast was excellent, abundant, and varied. Nothing negative.

We had a very pleasant stay at Kasbah Hôtel Ziz Palace in Rissani for my little brother’s wedding, who was also staying there. Several families came to Rissani for the celebration, and we were very happy to choose this hotel for our visit. Everything was in place to enjoy beautiful family moments. We especially thank the staff for their kindness, hospitality, and availability, with a special mention for the two receptionists who impressed us with their professionalism and friendliness, especially Moustapha and his colleague whose name we unfortunately forgot. A big thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome. We will keep a wonderful memory of our stay in Rissani and are delighted that this lovely family occasion was accompanied by such a pleasant experience at Kasbah Hôtel Ziz Palace. Nothing negative.
