The site where it is located was fine, but the place was very dirty, the bathrooms were neglected, the kitchen had no water, and at the end they gave us electric fans because nothing else was working.

The location is very good, the staff is friendly and flexible, and the bathrooms are small and the stairs are also.

The location was excellent in a very nice neighborhood, but the washer‑dryer was broken, I was not notified or offered an alternative or even an apology, causing significant discomfort.

The place was spotless and the hosts were super friendly, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The comfort was great, the reception staff were excellent, and the building’s layout was a bit tedious but still pretty. The kitchen felt too small for 11 people staying in the apartment, and if they have a washing machine at least provide a drying rack. The only thing that took 21 days to get our deposit back was a real hassle, especially since we needed that money to keep the vacation going.
