o sitio é ótimo, bom isolamento acústico, no centro (coração) perto do metro. só tinha um WC para os 2 pisos, de manhã é uma correria ao wc, deveriam penar pelo menos 1 por piso, a iluminação era fraca, o quarto tinha ac mas estava desligado/ avariado
