I had a terrible stay; everything was awful. The place was filthy, especially the bed, and the washroom was a disaster—couldn't use the toilet and the shower booth handle was broken, so I couldn't get hot water.

The value for money was excellent and the location was perfect, only a 2‑minute walk to the subway. The bathroom, however, was not in the best condition.

The location on the Upper West Side was great, just a 15‑minute walk from the Natural History Museum, and it was cheap for NYC. However, the pictures looked a lot nicer than the actual rooms (check other guests' reviews for more realistic photos), the facilities were poor, the microwave worked poorly, and the docking station in my room didn't work at night. It was very cold at night, but after I asked for a blanket, the friendly staff gave me one. The place didn't seem clean and there was no soap in the bathroom.
