It’s a beautiful holiday resort in a dreamy area. The staff were super friendly, everything was tidy and clean, and the beach was great. The interior of our bungalow was a bit dated, but still clean and cozy; the mosquito nets should be upgraded.

The place was pretty central, with a fabulous beach, fishing spots, sauna, and a washing machine if needed. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, with good kitchen gear and an outdoor table and chairs. It would have helped if Netflix was on the TV for us to log in, and having soap in at least one bathroom and tea towels would have been nice—I had to pay £15 in Visby for a single tea towel and would have liked cheaper options at reception. The room literature was 99 % Swedish; maps and points of interest would have been useful. Even though several families were booked, it was disappointing that the pool, kiosk, and restaurant were closed.

The stay was peaceful and pleasant with my two grandchildren, close to the sea and a stunning beach, giving us plenty of time for shell‑collecting and fossil hunting, and we found a lot. We liked everything.

“Mysig men smutsig 😅”

The accommodation felt cozy and was close to everything—sea, nature, pool, activities—and I appreciated the 80s vibe and the super‑soft mattresses. However, the room was not cleaned; we had to sweep the floor, wipe the sink, and wash the glasses we wanted to use. The TV was in German, a bedside lamp was broken, and the taps were in terrible condition, making it feel like the pipes might break every time we turned on the water; the water was cloudy and tasted awful.
