The front desk was polite and always ready to help, and the parking right outside the hotel was convenient. The roadside location made the hotel easy to reach. However, being a 4‑star property, it fell short in a few ways: I had to pay the full amount at check‑in, which was annoying; the complimentary breakfast only offered dosa, and when I asked for an omelet the staff reluctantly gave just one for the two of us; and the cleaning service on call only took away the used plates without actually wiping the table.

The place was very luxurious and spotless. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delightful. We had a great stay.

The location is great, but construction is still going on and the noise is constant.
