I appreciated the staff, especially when they swapped my room after I requested it because the first one was cramped and the window faced a narrow alley, making it feel suffocating. They moved me to a larger, better room. The shower was good and the breakfast offered decent fruit options. The place is very traditional in furniture and décor. There was construction in front that made noise; the acoustics weren’t great and we could hear the hallway, but it didn’t disturb me much since I stayed in the room later at night.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location near the Faria Lima metro station is a big plus. However, there is no mirror in the room—only the one in the bathroom sink. The listing says a hair dryer is in the room, but that’s false; you have to ask the front desk for one each time. The hotel’s outlets didn’t fit the dryer, but they swapped the socket for me. Cleaning fell short one day when the room wasn’t tidied, but overall the hotel is clean and organized.

The room was clean, the bed and shower were good, and parking was free. The lounge was cramped. The coffee was weak, like a watered‑down juice, totally artificial. The coffee station only serves one type of juice, and it’s already natural juice. I paid 1780,00 and they only served one cup. Absurd.

The hotel is a pigsty of hard beds like sticks, stinky rooms, noisy and shouting at any hour, and unbelievably small spaces. The bathrooms are uncomfortable, doors squeak, nightstand drawers won’t open, the furniture is terribly poorly maintained, and the melamine or covering on those pieces falls apart in pieces. There is no care or courtesy for guests, from a rude receptionist to an open laundry room visible to anyone. The photos on the website showed a different, family‑friendly, nice hotel with better pieces, but the terrifying reality was the opposite. The hotel was a dark, smelly, noisy, uncomfortable shack. As soon as we settled into the room, we decided to check out immediately. I asked for a discount for only the first day, but they didn’t return a single peso.
