“Excellent stay! Come for the view”

The stay was amazing! Highly recommend if you visit Krusevo because the view changes beautifully throughout the day with the lighting. It’s pricier than a normal fair but still very affordable and worth it. The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the village. The bathroom was top‑class—what a treat! The heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were perfect for unwinding after exploring the village and spomenik. Unlike earlier reviews, both times I used the facilities they were hot enough and ideal. I didn’t have a car, so walking to the village takes about 15 minutes and is easy downhill; uphill is a bit tougher but doable. The coffee at breakfast didn’t meet the place’s standards, though the omelette was delicious. Dinner was disappointing; I found better food in the village, and what I had there was quite dull.

The location was excellent and the view stunning. The room was clean and well equipped, and the pool was a great experience, though I personally preferred the jacuzzi. The staff were kind and helpful. The balcony door was bulky, a bit old, and hard to open and close, requiring effort. I also disliked the lack of stroller access; to get from reception to the elevator you must use stairs, with no ramp for a stroller, so I couldn’t reach the elevator alone with my baby. The restaurant food was a let‑down; we had eaten there years ago and it was excellent, but that has clearly changed.

The location was good, with a panoramic terrace over the city, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, at check‑out there was no one at reception; we were in a hurry to continue our trip and the manager took a while to arrive.

I liked the variety of massages and the spa center—it was all very nice. We did find a cricket on a pillow in the bed, which honestly annoyed me a bit, and the terrace was pretty dirty.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
