Cosy Apartment in beachside location

“Excellent place to stay”

I stayed here for a month and the location was so convenient, close to the beach and Tauranga City; everything about the stay was excellent and Linda really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this apartment.

“DO NOT STAY”

Nothing at all. DO NOT STAY. The worst experience. The lady who lives in the house is very aggressive and yelled at us multiple times. We did not break any rules or even spend the night at the house. We used it to store our belongings and shower. Our friends came over briefly to help us carry bags inside that weren’t staying us. Which she also then kept a sample of my friends hair for a DNA test. The rooms are fully connected to the lady’s house, and you can hear her TV all day. There are no locks on the bedroom doors and nothing keeping you safe from someone coming in. She barged into our room while one of us was inside (a young female, alone) laying on the bed with the doors closed. She then proceeded to yell at her. It was not a safe environment and we felt extremely uncomfortable being in the house, we had to leave and contact the police about her entering the room without consent, invading our privacy and yelling at us. She threatened to get the court involved. She also mentioned she is closely monitoring us on the cameras multiple times and entered our room while we were not home.

“A great stay. Thanks for the private unit.”

A great private room with a clean bathroom, a little table with utensils, microwave and fridge. Great location to the Mount. Easy walk to the beach… the electric Flamingo scooters were great and were always nearby.

“Take what you can get.”

The location was good and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom and the towels were lacking.
