The new house was clean and just a stone’s throw from the center, with no parking issues under the building.

The location was convenient. However, even though the bathroom is separate, it isn’t directly connected to the room and you have to walk through a shared corridor to reach it, something that wasn’t mentioned in the description. Also, the listing says check‑out is at 11 am, but the owner called earlier to ask for the keys. Residents in the other apartments shouted almost all night. I definitely wouldn’t book this place again and I don’t recommend it.
