The proximity and Cristina’s kindness make you feel at home, and the extreme cleanliness—everything is surgically spotless—makes this place stand out among many-star hotels. I recommend it 100%.

The extraordinary cleanliness, everything is incredibly clean, and as soon as you walk in you smell fresh. The beds and room are comfortable, and Cristina is always smiling and attentive. Thanks for everything; I’ll return for more days to enjoy Béjar and this wonderful hostal.

Maybe the location is okay. You have to climb two floors to reach the reception. The facilities are old (furniture, bathrooms, etc.) and a bit dark and antiquated.

The room size was great. I wish there had been breakfast.

It was a stop on a long trip, so the location and parking were great. The service and room were also perfect, so highly recommended.
