Except for the balcony, the room was pretty basic and not 4‑star; the buffet breakfast was advertised as included but turned out not to be, which was a shock since the plan showed 450 per person, yet they argued they would charge a walk‑up rate of 900 per person, which was not worth it.

The location and view were good and the food was good, but the room lacked proper cleanliness and the furniture needed maintenance; the premium room offered no privacy while the classic rooms were more private, and they couldn’t even clean the bed— the headboard was sticky with other guests’ hair oil, giving a room cleanliness rating of 1 out of 10, and the entry road was broken; the money charged was not worth the rooms available.

Breakfast was very good, the staff were very helpful, the service was very good, but the room size was a downside.
