Ashford Beach

The rooms are very clean. The staff is highly efficient and very friendly. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. I feel that one’s privacy is fully respected, I got the impression that the staff commitment goes well beyond a mere transaction. Rather than just taking my word for it, if you are considering a visit, I believe the experience will bring a refreshing change to your life. Above all, the food is both hygienic and delicious, finally I can tell Ashford family is the best family I have ever met 💐

“Herzliche Familie & toller Service”

The family welcomed me with a papaya juice right away. The room was simple yet spotless and had air conditioning. The location is great if you want to do yoga at Meraki or watch the sunrise on the beach.

The owners were kind and always attentive. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean. It’s a bit far from the city center and you have to take a tuk‑tuk to get around.

“Venlige værter”

The host and her family greeted us warmly and were sweet, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious and featured a lovely large balcony with a table and chairs.

Fortunately, on New Year’s Day the owner’s family prepared a special New Year breakfast for us! I’m grateful for the chance to experience a precious Sri Lankan New Year. The moldy smell was bothersome.
