The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the next morning the breakfast was excellent; the place feels very peaceful, clean, and quiet, though the small refrigerator made a lot of noise.

We arrived around 6 pm for check‑in, and the guard at the gate told me I had to pay in cash, something that was never mentioned before, so I had to wait to see what would happen. The guard was busy because the reception was closed after 4 pm; the next day I needed a iron and no one was available to give me one. Reception only works from 8 am to 4 pm, so if you need anything urgently before or after that, good luck—no one is there. There were hair in the sink, a toilet paper roll, and hair on the pillowcases; I reported it and they just said “oops…like it didn’t matter.” For check‑in we had to guess where our room was because no one guided us, so the experience was very bad due to lack of staff.
