The late‑morning breakfast at the end of the week was a pleasant surprise, even though I had already paid for it and felt a slight letdown; we were heading to a kids’ ice‑hockey camp at eight o’clock, and otherwise everything was fine, just the timing of breakfast felt a bit late.

The place lives up to Scandinavian standards with a great breakfast and quiet atmosphere, and the room was roomy; attractions, parks, nightlife and sightseeing spots are all within walking distance, and the reception staff are the calmest you’ll meet. However, there was no luggage scale and you won’t find slippers there, which might bother guests who usually don’t bring their own.
