The flexibility, friendliness, and comfort I expected from a five‑star hotel were all there. There were no negatives.

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty, the view was beautiful, the room and bed were comfortable, there was plenty of storage, and coffee was provided. The dinner was fantastic, kudos to the chef! Getting to the beach from the main hotel was a bit awkward. We had nice weather, and after the sauna I’d have liked to swim in the Balaton, but I only realized later how to get to the LUA beach.

Breakfast was wonderfully delicious, made with high‑quality ingredients – we’ve never had such a great breakfast back home. The bed was very comfortable. The room was huge and had everything we needed. Everything was liked.

The views and location are amazing. The staff are phenomenal and the spa is awesome! Brunch was excellent!
