The location was fantastic and the entrance foyer was very grand. The staff were friendly and gracious. The rooms, however, lacked sound insulation; every time a neighboring room opened or closed its door, loud bangs echoed, which was very disturbing. Conversations in the corridors could be heard clearly inside the room, and anyone standing in the hallway could similarly hear inside. Privacy, peace, and silence were compromised.

Room service was quick. The location isn’t great, the food isn’t that good, and there’s a lot of noise from the adjacent room and the lobby outside the room.

We had a fantastic stay at Mastiff. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and the facilities were amazing and spotless. My friends told the staff it was my birthday, so they baked me a delicious cake free of charge. For the next two days, almost every staff member I met wished me a happy birthday.

Nice and clean rooms. Good rooms. No alcohol license and the pool bar was not open.
