The only bright side was the location. The room itself was a dust‑filled mess; every surface was covered in grime, as if the bed had been set up and the rest of the space never got cleaned. The hotel looked old‑fashioned, the tub was peeling, the bathroom mirror had cracks on the edges, and the two microwaves in the laundry room were filthy and even released mosquitoes when opened. The Wi‑Fi was awful, making work impossible, so I had to rely on my phone’s hotspot for a Teams call.

The bedding was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the overall cleanliness was good. However, there was a lot of plumbing noise, the French‑language door was difficult to open, and I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t have bilingual staff—no French at all, which is a shame.

The toilet seat was almost blocked, there wasn’t enough lighting inside the room, the coffee machine wasn’t clean, and the AC was so loud I could barely sleep. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
