I stayed in a three‑bedroom apartment with a shared living‑kitchen area that had a fridge, microwave, moka pot, kettle, a large dining table and a comfy sofa. The double room I booked had an en‑suite shower, new furniture, a clean room, a firm mattress and you could pick your own pillows. Overall a great stay, I’ll come back. The blinds couldn’t be lowered completely, letting a bit of light leak in the morning.
The owner was enthusiastic and gave us two free meal coupons for the top‑of‑the‑cable‑car self‑serve restaurant, and he spoke English well. There was no Wi‑Fi even though I had listed that as a requirement; he had a box but wouldn’t turn it on for reasons I don’t understand.
