Everything was great – check‑in and check‑out were easy, the place was clean, the ambience pleasant, the location convenient and the rooms spacious. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable, and we dealt with spiders; providing an insecticide for the rooms would be helpful.

The place is in a great spot, clean and organized. We liked everything, but it would benefit from a heater and a water filter. There are a few minor maintenance issues, just a quick touch‑up to keep the standard.

The location and convenience are solid, and the photos are accurate; the setup is practical for upkeep. We missed a basic comfort item: a bidet in the bathroom. The shower could be warmer, especially with the cold weather.

The location and facilities are fine. The customer service was terrible—no phone support, only WhatsApp messages, and no staff on site. It wasn’t clear that this was the arrangement (nothing was explained when I booked), so when I tried to enter the building, I couldn’t get through and the listed numbers didn’t answer. The managing company clearly isn’t equipped to serve guests.
