“Horrible! I felt like I was stranded in a third world country”
On the lake. The water was brown and smelled like sewage. There were Cobb webs inside the cottage in the corners and all over the balcony. The fireplace place didn’t work. No one was on site at the property to address these issues. I called the support number and nobody answered. I finally received a text 1 1/2 days later from someone. I’m not sure if they were the owner, property manager, or just someone they designated to respond to all my calls and messages. Their only solution was to send house keeping with bottle water, so we could at least brush our teeth and a promise to send someone to check the fireplace(never came). My romantic weekend getaway was horrible. A complete waste of $684.01
