Everything was super clean, but there were many problems with the key card; you can’t use the elevator without it, and mine worked only about half the time.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was clean. The security outside was the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire life of traveling. My car was vandalized and property was stolen. Windows were shattered on my new 2026 Ford F150 that was purchased only 1 month ago while I would assume security watched it all go down. I missed the event I traveled to Columbus to attend (a wedding), and had to drive 3 hours back to Michigan with plastic bags on the passenger side windows
