The place felt snug and peaceful, just the way I liked it.

The staff were very cooperative, which was the only redeeming factor at this resort. They’re supposed to be available 24/7, but at night you might have trouble getting a hold of them. The rooms were very cramped, the floor was crooked, and there were plenty of bugs and mosquitoes. The resort and the room didn’t feel luxurious at all.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the grounds were wonderful with a pond that had koi and a waterfall, a nice pool, and the reception was truly caring with the best tips and a lot of heart! I would come back right away :)
