The front desk staff, especially Ruby, went above and beyond! She was very professional and made sure everything was okay during my stay, recommended local food and drink spots, and always put a smile on my face! The hotel is situated in a great location and easy to walk to everywhere you may want to go in Hue. Be sure to explore the local street food in the area - it’s top-notch!

I met friendly staff and the place was clean, but at first they tried to give me a different room while I wanted the one with a bathtub I booked; I was cold from the road and asked if hot water was available, they assured me it was 100 %, yet only half the bathtub had hot water before it turned cool; the room was worn and had seen better days, it could use a little renovation.

The room was beautiful and spotless, and the staff were quite good. The TV could be used for watching movies, but if you want to switch rooms, that’s a bit of a let‑down.
