“Not recommended”
The shuttle bus was helpful, but there was no internet in the rooms and the elevator was broken; the check‑in process was confusing and I was double‑charged.
“Not recommended most things dont work”
The staff were kind, but the room was unclean—sheets smelled as if they hadn’t been changed, the shower water was cold, the internet didn’t work, the TV remote was missing, and the elevator was out of service.
The room was fine, but the breakfast was very mediocre with little variety.
I’ve stayed here many times, yet this visit was disappointing: roaches were in the hallway and climbing out of the AC unit in my room, and the room had a very funny smell.
