Mio is an excellent host who speaks good English. We were the first Chileans to stay here. We loved the place and Takeno was one of the highlights of our two‑month trip to Japan. We’ll definitely come back. Mio prepared breakfast and lunch, all excellent and with local products. Thank you so much for everything!

A personal and cozy spot right by the beach in Takeno. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, picking us up and dropping us off at the station, which we appreciated. The dinner was good and affordable. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The only downside was that the toilets were small for tall people.

The atmosphere is good, the interior has a cute old‑house vibe, and it’s clean. The sea and hot springs are nearby. The breakfast is healthy, and there’s no check‑out time, which is convenient.

It was a very stylish and cute inn. The original merchandise was also very cute. Recommended for women. I was excited by the large bookshelf, and there were picture books so kids could enjoy themselves even without a TV. Breakfast was also very tasty. The innkeepers seemed to love this place. Wi‑Fi was available and there were plenty of outlets. The Tetris game in the common area was a lot of fun. The only downside is that the toilet and shower are shared. I was a bit worried when booking because of that, but it wasn’t particularly inconvenient when I stayed.
