Silencio, the gaming room was perfect, and the leisure area was great—ideal for a group of friends to grill and chat. The only issue was the missing sign indicating the pool depth; it’s over 1.62m deep. The adult pool is fine, but there is also a child section.

I loved everything—comfortable beds, everything was very clean, and it’s close to the Japaratinga center. The only problem was ants in the kitchen.

The chalet was comfortable and suitable for two people. It’s well‑located near the city center and also close to the beaches. Even though I stayed in a chalet right by the front desk, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very kind. The leisure area was good, with a large pool and many tables around. I was a bit disappointed upon arrival because the chalet had no balcony, which feels like a big loss by the sea. I felt somewhat confined. A communication glitch on the platform failed to explain that balconies only exist on the larger chalets on the upper part of the property, near the pool; this isn’t clear in the photos or the description. There was also a bar by the pool that wasn’t working, maybe it opens at high season, I don’t know. The bed was too soft for my bones, but that’s just my preference.

The accommodation is very close to the beach, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, the place is very clean, and the price is very reasonable. I went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they even surprised us, which we loved. We’re definitely coming back.

The staff were super helpful, but we ran into a mix‑up with our room. We booked a single, yet we ended up in a two‑room setup with the other door locked—definitely a bit awkward. On top of that, the place is right next to a busy avenue, so the noise can be a nuisance.
