“Hotel fantome”
The scenery is beautiful, the hotel is very clean, spacious, and has a magnificent terrace with lovely vegetation. The beach is sandy but not their fault. The hotel feels like a ghost town with only five guests, so there’s nothing at the hotel! The safe stopped working due to a battery issue; we couldn’t retrieve our passports, keys, etc. a few hours before departure. Only the security was there and reactive, but the result was that I was asked to pay 6 500 pesos!!! In a dream!!! I was also asked to pay 6 200 pesos for bottled water in the room—too expensive!!! I asked for an invoice but didn’t get one. I paid in cash to the security, who said he hadn’t received the money from his management! I filmed the scene, sent it to the hotel on WhatsApp, and the case is closed. They shouldn’t open this establishment if it’s a ghost hotel; otherwise, it should be great in high season, but it’s a shame.
