The service, from the captain to the whole crew, was excellent, and Danny the guide kept the cruise fun even in the rain. The food was good, with plenty of buffet options, and it’s appreciated that the ship isn’t massive but is still spacious for about twenty people, all in perfect condition. The cabin was a bit narrow, and the drains in the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

The guide, Ha (Happy), was always attentive and very friendly, an excellent guide! The ship itself is also quite good. The experience was incredible.

The itinerary was packed with amazing experiences, and the comfort and entertainment felt like a lifetime experience; I’d recommend this for anyone who wants to experience Vietnam in both a relaxing and vibrant way. Halong Bay was the most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen from my cabin bed at 4 am, and the boat anchored in the most beautiful spot for your pleasure. I just didn’t like that I didn’t stay longer.

The boat was comfortable, and after a lot of back‑and‑forth we finally sorted a rooming issue. The deck was nice and the waitresses were great. But there was a completely insane passenger on board who made the trip unsafe for my kids and family; he was wildly intoxicated, shouting profanity all night and keeping everyone awake. He was only removed in the morning, which felt far too late. The crew kept saying they were trying to get him off but couldn’t involve the police, and overall the whole experience was ruined by one man.
