The rural house is charming, tastefully decorated and spacious, set in a lovely village in a good spot, with everything you could need and very kind, close‑knit staff. The four‑room, two‑storey layout has a serious issue: the upstairs rooms become unbearably hot, like an oven, making night‑time sleep impossible, and there’s no fan or cooling system despite the scorching weather; the wooden floor upstairs creaks loudly, disturbing those below, and the extra sofa and bed upstairs are quite uncomfortable. Moreover, the house lacks Wi‑Fi and has virtually no mobile coverage, which should be fixed given the price charged for the rental.
