It was very central, and many places were easily reachable on foot or by tram; the only downside was that it wasn’t particularly new, so a renovation would be welcome.

First, the hotel’s location is amazing—right opposite the Circegi tram station, only a few meters from the Sultan Ahmed, Bayezid, Laleli, Exarch, Flora, and other stations on the opposite side, the Sultan Ioup ferry, and along the Kaptash line all the way to Taksim, Osman Bey, and the sea stations covering all of Istanbul; below the hotel is the Semit Sarai shop, next to the Safa sweets shop, Hafiz Mustafa, and all other stores and restaurants; it’s also close to Sultan Ahmed, Topkapi, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Gülhane Park, just a few meters from the Golden Horn. Second, the reception team—led by Mr. Saad, Mr. Bashar, and a young Syrian guy I forgot the name of—were extremely courteous and helpful, answering every request, question, or suggestion, and they deserve all my love and respect; I hope I’ll return to this hotel again. There was nothing negative, as my choice was based on previous guests’ reviews, all praising it.

I had a flawless stay at Empire Suite Hotel – everything was perfect! The location was fantastic and very convenient, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, and housekeeping was great throughout our stay.

I would like to express my deep gratitude and appreciation to the hotel management and all the staff. The stay was incredibly beautiful and extremely comfortable, and everything was absolutely wonderful and clean. What truly made this experience special was the team; the employees were at the pinnacle of politeness and high morals, very cooperative and attentive, fulfilling every request with a welcoming smile, and I stayed for 3 weeks feeling completely at ease. Thank you for the excellent hospitality, and this will definitely not be my last visit. A small note for improvement: the hotel entrance outside relies on stairs, and unfortunately there is no ramp (incline) for strollers or wheelchairs for people with special needs; I hope one will be provided in the future to make the experience perfect for everyone. Thank you again for the hospitality, and this will definitely not be my last visit.
