Staff, food, cleanliness, quality of the thermal water, and location were all great, but there was no child-friendly facilities.

Everything was superb – excellent location, staff extra kind, all praise, truly a super stay.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the pools were sizable, clean and very hot, the wellness area offered a sauna, steam room and salt room, and the location was excellent, close to the city centre. The only downside was that the room had two connected beds instead of a king-size bed.
