We were let into the restaurant even after closing, but the room temperature was 13°C on arrival and only warmed to 25°C later. The bryndzové halušky came without slanina, the pivo žihľavové was locked in a storage where only the owner had the key—he eventually brought it to us. Breakfast was weak and late; I paid €25 per person and still waited a lot. The tension between the owner and the restaurant rental was palpable, and there was a strange smell before we checked in, like a sewage or something. We came on a recommendation that said it was a great facility, and I hesitated to write a negative review because I don’t want to ruin anyone’s rating, but I hope the owners learn from this and make improvements so future guests aren’t disappointed. I won’t be returning, just wish they’ll work on the fixes.
