The king‑size bed and the rooftop restaurant were highlights. The constant dragging of chairs from the floor above my 12th‑floor room made noise.

The front desk staff were incredible, and the rooms came clean and comfy. The only downside was that the skyroof restaurant’s service moved at a snail’s pace.

The spot is spot-on for getting around, and the team was super friendly and on top of everything. I asked for hot chocolate at breakfast, which isn’t usually on the menu, but the next day the waitress still handed it over. Great service, though the bathroom lights are so weak that you can’t see your reflection in the mirror.

Breakfast hit the mark, and the rooms were tidy and cozy. The location is a win, being right next to a Gojek and train stop. The downside is the ongoing construction on the lower floors—noise is constant, and the lobby restroom is under renovation, so I had to use the roof‑level restaurant’s toilet while waiting for my Grab after checkout.
