This resort matched my expectations: the rooms were beautiful, clean, and free of insects. What I loved most was the service – many free facilities made it feel worthwhile. There’s a pool, a lounge, free afternoon tea from 3‑5 pm, free massages on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a free shuttle to Alona Beach before 10 am. The hotel replies quickly; just text them for a shuttle and they’ll send one right away, which was really convenient. The downside was a protruding concrete tile by the bed that could hit your foot, and the hot water wasn’t very hot; after swimming outside I couldn’t enjoy a warm shower, so if you’re particular about hot water, this might not be the best choice. Since we mostly used the hotel shuttle, distance wasn’t an issue and it was still very convenient.

We had a pool villa that was spacious and very comfortable with its own pool. There’s a dedicated shuttle that can take you to the city and the beach anytime, which compensates for the slightly second‑tier location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception (though we forgot the name) – the young lady did a great job and always assisted, thank you. The only problem was that it wasn’t easy to find; our driver got lost twice.
