Overall, the room met our needs: we arrived around midnight and stayed until morning. I’m not sure how it would feel staying longer. The front‑desk service was terrible. We arrived after 11 pm, exhausted and just wanting to get into bed. There was no toilet paper in the room. The owner—or whoever answered the phone—had a dismissive attitude: I called, he said someone would bring us paper (no apology or anything). After about 10 minutes, my sister asked when someone would arrive, I said I didn’t know if someone was in the complex or elsewhere. I called again, and the person on the other end—whether the owner or another staff member—answered impatiently and rudely, “Mrs., wait patiently.” I said, “Okay, but give me an estimate because it’s almost midnight and we just want to sleep.” He replied, “Mrs., wait.” I asked again, “Okay, can you tell me roughly?” He said, “Five minutes? Half an hour?” I also asked if we could be directed to another empty room to get paper. He said, “No, it’s all full. Patience.” I know that’s a lie because moments later we opened the safe with keys and found many keys and there were still available rooms on the site. Then he said, “You know what, half an hour!” in a tone that felt like punishment for my questions. It was annoying. We left the room, found paper elsewhere, got organized, and went to sleep. It was good we didn’t wait; by the time we left in the morning, no toilet paper had arrived, and the whole handling was embarrassing and awful. I also noticed that when we arrived and when we left in the morning, people were talking to him on the phone and everyone looked upset by how the conversation went.
