I stayed 10 nights and really enjoyed it; Maya and the team took great care of us and made our trips and stay flawless, all staff were friendly and there was hardly any fault to point out, except that with only two elevators for 20 floors, there was a brief wait during peak times.

The spot is right across from the beach, so that's great. I booked a high‑floor room with a window, but the description never said it was a no‑view room—if there's no view, why bother with the floor? The staff were mixed; some were friendly, others seemed a bit moody.
