“Not happy with the staff”
We asked for help and the staff seemed annoyed; they didn't have a friendly vibe. I booked the room but they wouldn't let me check in.
“I checked in. went out on the town, slept and checked out the next morning.”
Breakfast wasn’t offered, but the hotel’s location is close to downtown. From my north‑facing room on the 3rd floor I had a great mountain view. Nothing else to complain about—very good hotel.
“Would stay again.”
The location and staff were excellent, and the facilities were very nice. I did dislike the $25 early check‑in fee.
