The place is pretty and cozy, the whole staff is fantastic, especially Manuel Lacroix and Joaquin, our waiter! The slippers are great and the pillows are delicious. There are no bathrobes, the bath towels feel a bit old and lack the comfort of body towels, and there are no bathroom amenities like cotton or cotton swabs. My room was noisy because it faced the street, and in the early morning there were loud knocks from the neighboring rooms.
