I really liked the location of this hotel, the staff were responsive, and the facilities were clean. The only thing that threw me off was that I wasn't entirely sure what some of the taxes and fees were for - it all seemed a bit unclear.

I just had the best time at the Empire Hotel in Baku. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the location was really convenient. The service was top class too - I was really impressed.

I was really looking forward to my stay, and at first, everything seemed great - the hotel had a nice vibe and the staff were friendly. But as I got more into my trip, I started to notice some issues that kinda brought me down. The room was smaller than I expected and the air conditioning was pretty loud. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wish a few things had been different.
