If you only need a place to crash for one night, the hotel gives you a bed, a bathroom, and a bed. The food was awful and ridiculously pricey, but there’s a McDonald’s nearby. Service lagged behind; nobody greeted us or helped when we arrived. They advertised a pool in the booking but it was closed for renovations while we stayed. The hotel is far from downtown Casablanca and taxis cost a lot.

The location was central and easy to get to, parking was available for 7€ a night, the bathroom was spacious and the toiletries were good. The staff at the front desk ruined our stay. I go to Casablanca for business with my wife, and at 10 pm check‑in the person who “received” us barely looked up from his computer and said “good evening.” When we showed our IDs he told us we weren’t booked at the same address. I had to email our marriage certificate (no problem) and he treated it like a police check. He even mis‑typed his workplace email and blamed me, the client. I thought he was joking, but I’ve travelled the world and never seen such a reception. The guy is about 30‑35 years old, wears glasses, speaks French well, and if the management reads this, he deserves serious consequences.
