The room was very spacious, and the person who handled our check‑in was fantastic, yet the hotel’s location was not clearly indicated upon arrival and there was no visible sign pointing the way.

The location inside the station is easy and quite convenient; when I asked how to access after reception, I received the access code very quickly. The room was okay, it had no air‑conditioner but a ventilator was available. I booked for 1 adult and 2 kids and requested an extra bed, which was confirmed, yet when I arrived the room only had a double bed and one pair of towels.
