The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness seemed fine at first glance, so it was acceptable for a single night on the way, but not recommended for longer stays. On closer inspection there were some dirt spots. The hotel is old, which shows everywhere. Even the Wi‑Fi would need to be paid separately.

I booked a three‑day stay but had to arrive a day late because of unforeseen events; the front desk treated us as a no‑show and gave our room to someone else. After an hour of talking with a representative, we finally got into a double‑bed room, though we were already exhausted from a 10‑hour drive and still had to wait for a room we’d paid for in advance. The space was smaller than expected and the pictures made it look cleaner and more modern than it actually is. The carpets and lounge chairs were filthy, and there’s no elevator. I wish the room I paid for had been ready when I got there.

“Good value, clean and met my needs adequately”

The freeway noise was really irritating, and when we arrived there were several police cars and flashing lights in the parking lot, which was quite alarming.

“Quiet and Comfortable.”

We loved the hotel. Very quiet. I come to the city often for doctor's appointments. Will definitely stay here again. They are under construction but they let you know that at check-in and they are always cleaning, so you're not even aware of that
