“Repetiría”
The place is well situated, just 10 minutes from the center in a quieter zone; staying here gives you access to three other chain hotels, one of which opens to the beach with chairs, loungers, and dining options; special shout‑out to the staff who are very attentive and helpful; breakfast is EXCELLENT; it isn’t noisy even though it’s near the road, and we had a sea‑view room. On the downside, you do pay more for the island than for the hotel itself, so a city hotel might be cheaper; being right on the beach shows salt wear on many parts of the room (windows, door, inside the room…); for the price you expect more, but overall it’s very good.
Everything is excellent. Everything is very good.
“Ruim.”
The only positive thing about this hotel is that it gives access to other hotels in their chain. Otherwise everything is bad. We booked this hotel and couldn’t stay there; the next day I asked to switch to another hotel and paid the difference. The room cleaning was terrible, there’s a bar next to it that’s always full of people, children and passersby, so much noise, no place to eat nearby, and if I had stayed here my experience in San Andrés would have been terrible.
“perfecto descanso”
The staff quality is exceptional, everyone is very kind, especially Nathalia who was always ready to help and had a wonderful disposition; all hotel personnel are quick to assist. The support from Bogotá, their attention via booking and WhatsApp, is the opposite of the hotel—rude responses and no solutions.
“Ci tornerei subito!”
The hotel is marvelous. Perfect location: on the sea with a breathtaking view, 10 minutes on foot from the beach. The room has everything needed and a balcony. Breakfast on the veranda is wonderful and the staff is very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is very positive. Everything is perfect.
