The location was great, rooms were clean, and everything else was perfect.

I liked the property mainly for its great location, which made getting around a breeze. The rooms were roomy and comfy, and the staff were friendly. Parking was a hassle—access was difficult and the spots were tight, so it was inconvenient. Room cleanliness also fell short, especially the bedspreads, which didn’t meet my expectations.
I liked the place overall, giving it an 8.0/10.

This stay was better than the Cuddalore Suriyapriya Lodge and Erode Kongu Mess Lodge in Chennai. The location was in a congested area, and they could have used room fresheners to keep the environment nicer. They should not let their image suffer by passing blame. Because we booked through a third‑party, we were told the hotel can’t honor a 24‑hour checkout but only allows departure at 12 Noon regardless of arrival time. That’s a serious issue. If I arrive at 11 AM, they shouldn’t force me to leave at 12 Noon after paying for a full day, and they should let me check out at 11 AM the next day or at least 10 AM.
