The accommodation suited me and my toddler well for what I needed; I had to use a heater once, and it warmed the room quickly, which was a lovely bonus. Unfortunately, the place wasn’t clean: when I checked in I was unloading my car and spilled something on the floor, so I had to use a brush for a quick clean‑up and found a lot of dirt—hair and fluff. It seems they might not be using a vacuum between guests; otherwise, the place is nice.

Everything had been considered, so it felt like a home away from home—there was no sense of missing convenience or essentials while I was away. I’d be happy to stay again, so I have no dislikes.

A great spot, away from downtown Auckland’s bustle but close to transit for easy travel. It’s also near the beautiful Long Beach.

The location was excellent, the place was very clean and comfortable, and the host was helpful. We’ll stay again and recommend it to others. The beach was very close and my son enjoyed fishing there. Thanks.
