Ismael was fantastic, always on hand even before we arrived to help plan our trip and throughout our stay. We were upgraded to a better room. The breakfast was amazing too. The location is perfect, about a 10‑minute walk from the main sights. If we come back to Marrakech, this is the spot—go there with your eyes closed! Thanks again for everything, Ismael!

My sister and I had a pleasant stay, the staff were welcoming, Ismaël received us well and was available for us. The distance between the taxi stand and the hotel is a bit tiring but there were transporters.
