Getting a cheap stay was a plus. As soon as I entered the room a cockroach appeared, but it was quickly exterminated, which was good, though not entirely pleasant. I had heard that the room would auto‑lock upon entry, but it stayed unlocked until I actually left. The jacuzzi in the bath didn’t work.

I didn’t find any positives, but getting a reservation during the holiday was a plus. The room had insects, was damp—maybe the window didn’t close properly—TV didn’t work, pillows were flat, the room felt old and dirty.

The convenience of having Apita Matsusaka Sanuki on site was great. The room was spacious enough to relax, and the bathroom was also roomy. However, it felt damp, possibly due to the location. While the large room was nice, a bit more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated; hair on the floor and dirt in a corner caught my eye. Being a fashion hotel, I understand some quirks, but the front desk had to be contacted to enter and exit the room. The VOD equipment was old, causing the TV to go white‑out.
