The location and the staff were solid, but there was no restaurant on site.

This stay in Penang was overall pretty good! What I liked most was the convenient location and the well‑equipped surroundings—whether you’re out for a meal, shopping, or heading to a tourist spot, everything was easy to get to, which is a big plus for solo travelers. The room itself was clean and comfortable, covering all the basics, so I felt at ease. After a full day of sightseeing, coming back to a tidy and cozy space was a relief, making the whole experience very positive. The only downside was that the luggage space was a bit tight; a larger suitcase made it a little tricky to move things around. More storage or a dedicated luggage area would have made it even better.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable, but they didn’t supply hand soap. We asked two different front‑desk staff members for some, and both said the hotel didn’t provide it. That’s a basic amenity any place should have, so it really lowered our overall rating.

Spotlessly clean, very quiet, and the location was perfect for exploring Georgetown.

The room was spacious enough for two king‑size beds, which was convenient. However, the shower area had no door, so the floor stayed wet after a shower, creating a hazard. The TV was also hard to turn on—you needed to ask staff for help.
